What the star tells you
BMW identifies specially developed tyres with a star on the sidewall and recommends star-marked replacements. It also recommends tyres of the same make and tread design. A tyre from a familiar manufacturer is not automatically the marked version.
How to request the right version
Send the full tyre size, load and speed markings, tyre model and a clear photograph of the star where present. Ask the quotation to identify the precise version rather than rely on a generic product image.

The marking does not make this business an authorised BMW dealership. We are an independent tyre service, and any applicable marked tyre is checked as a product specification, not a claim about our business.
